Refund policy

1. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Bed sheets must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
3. If the customer changes their mind about the product, they may return it for a refund or exchange, provided that it meets the above criteria.
4. Customers have the option to inspect the product at the time of delivery before making payment. If they find any issues with the product at that time, they may refuse delivery and the product will be returned to our warehouse for a refund or exchange.
5. If the product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to the customer.
6. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
